    Sale of flat in supported living community

    We owe a huge thank you to Laura for navigating an extremely prolonged sale of my late mother's retirement home. The conveyancer for the buyers was extremely slow and unresponsive and Laura and her colleagues were great from start to finish despite the difficulties they faced. Laura kept us updated and was calm but persistent with the buyers when we were subject to their repeated delays. I would highly recommend Laura and her team and wouldn't hesitate to ask her to help me again.

    Charlie certainly went above and beyond when doing the conveyancing for my late parents’ property.     Having just sold my Late Mother’s House & have to thank CTT Law & especially Charlie Foran for all the conveyancing work that she had to undertake as we had an extremely difficult buyer who wanted so many questions answered on the property as it’s quite an old house & the land has a lot of history that needed a lot of search. There were many title deed documents to go through with further research to come up with informed answers for the buyer. This demanded paitence, diligence, careful research & Charlie aced everything in a professional & meticulous manner. Paitence was the keyword here as the conveyancing was nearly 7 months long but she stuck to her guns & we came out successfully exchanging contracts & completed the sale. I had regular updates throughout & we got on well as a team as I had to provide a lot of details when I used to live at the property as a child. Charlie is a true professional & I would definitely recommend her at a heartbeat if you are looking for a quality conveyancer whose efficient, approachable & gets results.

    Emma from CTT was the conveyancer of the sale of my property and the purchase of the next and was absolutely fantastic. I have no doubt the sale/purchase process would not have gone through so quickly and in before Xmas without her.       As the Executrix of two estates, I faced a complex and difficult process. To finalise matters I needed vacant possession of a house that comprised part of the estate but the occupier refused to move. In addition, there was a Trust involved which needed to be kept informed and in agreement. Faqir Asfundyar Yousaf and Zana Ahmati were the Solicitors dealing with me supported by Iqbal Khan.
