My recent house sale was managed by Dorothy Eromosele. Dorothy was friendly, efficient and communicated with me by phone and email to keep me updated on progress, run through processes and timescales and seek clarity on some areas of the sale. I have been impressed with the transparency of the charges and also the speed at which the different steps of conveyancing were achieved. My Estate Agent also had good liason with Dorothy and was impressed with her attention to detail. Thank you for reaching a good conclusion for my sale and the work this entailed. I am planning on appointing Dorothy to carry out the conveyancing of my next home inthe near future.

Due to my buyer we spent nearly 8 months going backwards and forwards. Emma was diligent and preserved when getting no response from my buyers. The sale was eventually pushed through. I was kept informed via both emails but also phone calls especially during completion which was a good way to work. Recommend

Having just sold my Late Mother’s House & have to thank CTT Law & especially Charlie Foran for all the conveyancing work that she had to undertake as we had an extremely difficult buyer who wanted so many questions answered on the property as it’s quite an old house & the land has a lot of history that needed a lot of search. There were many title deed documents to go through with further research to come up with informed answers for the buyer. This demanded paitence, diligence, careful research & Charlie aced everything in a professional & meticulous manner. Paitence was the keyword here as the conveyancing was nearly 7 months long but she stuck to her guns & we came out successfully exchanging contracts & completed the sale. I had regular updates throughout & we got on well as a team as I had to provide a lot of details when I used to live at the property as a child. Charlie is a true professional & I would definitely recommend her at a heartbeat if you are looking for a quality conveyancer whose efficient, approachable & gets results.

Maria was incredibly proactive and professional throughout the process and I’m convinced without this commitment from her to meet deadlines imposed upon us, either (or both) transactions would not have been successful. She was very helpful and communicative throughout this period and I couldn’t recommend her and CTT law (as it was a trust conveyance) highly enough.
