    We could not recommend Dorothy more highly. She's absolutely brilliant. We had a particularly difficult experience selling our flat, due to our buyer's solicitor repeatedly delaying the process, not reviewing and returning documents on time and repeatedly coming up with new problems and issues once completion and exchange had already been set. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience and the sale took 11 months to complete after accepting the offer. Dorothy, however, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly efficient, responded to emails and queries quickly, and went above and beyond and out of her way to push the sale through and deal with incredibly difficult obstacles on our behalf. We seriously, seriously couldn't recommend her more highly, and we know that we would still be stuck in property limbo with no sale if Dorothy hadn't been representing us.

    Engaging CTT Law to carry out the conveyancing work of the sale of my property and purchase of another property is the best decision I have ever made.     Have waited 3yrs to divide land between on my two properties for when I die. Notified every three months it's being processed to no avail !!

    I can highly recommend CTT Law Ltd. The work was carried out to a high standard. Every query was sorted straight away in a highly professional way by Charlie. I have no complaints whatsoever. The help and support given to me by Charlie was very much appreciated. Due to problems with the first buyers the process took months to complete which was entirely due to the buyers. When the second buyer came along everything was completed within seven weeks, which was excellent. With the help and support of Charlie this was made much easier.       As the Executrix of two estates, I faced a complex and difficult process. To finalise matters I needed vacant possession of a house that comprised part of the estate but the occupier refused to move. In addition, there was a Trust involved which needed to be kept informed and in agreement. Faqir Asfundyar Yousaf and Zana Ahmati were the Solicitors dealing with me supported by Iqbal Khan.
