After speaking to John Stagg about 2 years ago, I instructed the firm to draw up 2 new tenancy agreements for my company. I used Thomson & Bancks for the sale of my late mother’s home. Gemma who acted for us was excellent throughout the process - in particular her communication couldn’t have been any better. It was timely and relevant with advice given in a realistic yet empathetic manner. Gemma was proactive for the entire process which whilst not complex had some stress factors connected to it.
