    Reassuring and Proactive

    We have used Thomson & Bancks several times for land transactions. This time it was for moving house, handling the conveyancing for selling our house of 28 years and buying a house in the South West of England. Right from the outset Jasvir was professional and proactive. She is very experienced - and her experience and knowledge really helped as we were in a long chain of buyers. As we edged closer to exchange of contracts and had to field a number of issues, Jasvir pushed things along and kept the process going reaching a successful conclusion in the end. We were impressed by Jasvir’s attitude which was positive and proactive throughout, and have recommended her to another member of our family who is in the process of buying and selling too. All in all, it was a pleasant and positive experience working with Jasvir and Thomson & Bancks.
