I cannot recommend Sophie McIntosh highly enough. She was prompt with every response, incredibly friendly, and always took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the entire remortgage process, she kept me informed every step of the way and always did exactly what she said she would do. My case was quite complicated, but Sophie handled everything with professionalism, patience, and understanding. She went above and beyond, even contacting another solicitor on my behalf when I was unable to do so myself, which I greatly appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently made me feel supported throughout the process. Sophie worked hard to ensure we met the completion date and truly went out of her way to make everything run as smoothly as possible. I have dealt with other solicitors in the past, but none have come close to the level of service she provided. In my opinion, she is the best solicitor in her firm. Declan was brilliant in keeping us up to date and informed as our property transaction (both sale and purchase) progressed toward completion. The transaction became fairly long and complicated (through no fault of Declan!) but he was persistent in keeping us up to date and protected throughout. I used Wallace Quinn to handle the legal conveyancing on my late mother's house, mainly because they had handled the preceeding sale and purchase transactions before. Their quotation was competitive and although we were allocated a trainee solicitor, young Florence did a good job piloting the transaction through to settlement. I will use them for my next sale and purchase and will also be using their Wills and Power of Attorney service.
