Very slow service, too frequently calls and emails not returned. No final bill until well over a year, I had paid in full but this just summed up the lateness of everything. I was at my most vulnerable and really struggling, but no one replied to my last emails so I gave up. I had to go elsewhere and start all over again, so I paid twice in essence. Would not recommend at all. Nice enough people, but clearly case management is lacking in every way.

Were shall I start, I met Karen Bailey from KAREN BAILEY & CO nearly 30 years ago. And most recently took my daughter's case. I don't think words do justice to this Exeptional authentic human being best of the best. Karen went above and beyond in my daughter's case , if it wasn't for Karen I truly believe I wouldn't have my daughter back. She supported me in every possible way I never felt let down or ignored including all Karen's team. Karen gave me the same service 30 years ago.It's a shame I can't give her more than 5 stars. She's a beautiful human being, her warmth her realness her kindness. For me Karen Bailey & co are the only firm I've always recommended to others.
