I came to Gurjinder and Arpita to discuss my skilled worker visa application. They both gave me excellent advise and provided a detailed guidance and process breakdown. My case was then passed onto Bhupinder who kept me and my husband informed throughout the process, she updated us and her communication was amazing. Thank you so much to the whole team they work so hard to get the best results.
I went to Kewalion & Co Solicitors and met with Gurjinder for a consultation. My husband was an over stayer and were to get married I Oct 23. Gurjinder was very professional and listened to everything even if we were asking the same question twice to be sure and confident we got the answer we were looking for. He took his time in giving the best solutions. Bhupinder was then given our case and her communication was amazing. We planned to go back to India after our wedding and apply for a spouse visa there and come back the correct way. Bhupinder made sure, before we went to India, that all documents were given to her before we departed. All we needed was the TB test in Jalandhar to submit the application. When we were in India, Bhupinder called us everyday via WhatsApp to make sure we had everything to appointments etc. Once we had done the TB Test and finger prints, our decision was sent to Bhupinder from the Home Office to advise my husbands visa has been successful 2 weeks after submitting the application! This was the best possible outcome thanks to the hard professional work of Bhupinder & Team! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend Kewalion & Co Solicitors!
I previously applied for wife and child’s entry clearance through another Solicitors which was refused. I then visited Kewalion & Co Solicitors and met Mr Gurjinder Chhokar with my father. We were very happy with the advice provided and we decided to go ahead with Mr Gurjinder’s advice despite visited many Solicitors previously. I applied for my wife and child’s entry clearance application in July 2022 through Kewalion & Co Solicitors. The application was refused as the Home Office made an error on their part. I was very shocked with the refused and so was my Solicitors. My Solicitors appealed the decision, and the Home Office overturned their decision and now my wife and child will be soon joining me in the UK. I was very happy with the grounds drafted by Mr Gurjinder and now I am overwhelmed with joy. It has been a long long wait but I am glad that I choose the best Solicitors in the business to do my wife and child’s case.
I have been in the UK for 24 years without leave. I have visited many solicitors who always wanted money up-front and did not reassure me. My Partner found Kewalion Solicitors and we came for a consultation with Arpita John who reassured us that I will get my leave to remain and I will not have to pay the Home Office fee. Applied for entry clearance as a skilled worker from india. Visa came in 5 days. When I arrived at heathrow airport, I was questioned for 4 hours but Gurjinder sir and Satnam sir helped me throughout. I even contacted them at 2am in the morning and they were extremely helpful. No matter what time you contact them, they are always there for you. Extremely helpful and highly recommended.

What a cowboy outfit these guys are, brings a whole new meaning to the saying dodgy indians. Tried to contact there Telford office as they had done a will for my late mother last year, number does not connect tried a few times and same situation, then proceeded to call the Handsworth office, wish i had not bothered. I am dealing with Probate through Co Op legal services and they advised the will does not look right and have asked me as an Executor to request the notes and any audio from when the will was done to speed up the process, called on 28/03/24 spoke to Sandeep who advised would get someone to contact me, waited 24 hours nothing, have called back and spoken to Harj and advised this is a urgent matter, was assured would be called back, nothing again, have called back for a 3rd time and advised would be called by end of the day nothing again, have then called 4/03/24 to chase yet again, have spoken to Harj who has advised me that they are representing my sister in law and cant provide me with the information requested due to client confidentiality, i have told him that i am not requesting any information about there client just simply the notes and audio of when the will was written and i am requesting this as executor of the will, still got told the same thing, have advised probate have asked me to call and request this information and if it cannot be provided please send me the response in writing, have then been told that a solicitor would call me back within a hour. I did not hold my breath for this call based on the past few days, i did get a call from a Gurinder i think it was, first thing he said when calling was how can i help???? I replied are you having a laugh asking me that question when i have been communicating with your office for 4 days? This obviously got him on the defensive and he advised me to write a letter with my request, took his email and i did swear at him at this point and hung up. This has got to be the most unprofessional firm i have dealt with in 20 plus years, i regularly have contact with law firms due to my job and these guys are terrible, i wouldn't trust them to make me a cup of tea, they have made a difficult time even worse, they have not an ounce of empathy, this may be due to the fact i refused to use them for probate as have been advised they are close friends of my sister in law and i wanted somebody independent, it also makes me wonder what they have to hide when they are not providing the information willingly and we are having to get probate legal team to contact them, my advice stay the hell away from this firm.
You are not our client and we have never acted for you. Your review is unwarranted and false. You were informed time and time again that owing to a dispute between the Executors, arising out of your inability to accept the contents of your late mother's last will and testament, we are unable to discuss the matter with you as we are already acting for 2 of the beneficiaries with whom you have a dispute. You were informed to put your query in writing or better yet, via solicitors acting on your behalf. Rather than listening, you constantly called our office demanding the same thing. A call was made out to you by the Director of the firm to try and resolve your concerns. When asked how we can help, you became abusive and unecessrily aggressive. We do not tolerate abuse and are not obliged to discuss anything with you. Your review is testament to the good work we are doing on behalf of our client who are very satisfied with our service.
