My name is Rita Lo and I have completed the purchase through Ms. Naveela Hussain of Sabz Solicitors LLP. During this procurement process, Ms. Naveela tried her best to help me deal with all the problems. I am from Hong Kong and I don't know much about the process of buying a house in the UK, so it caused her more troubles, but she was always patient. She is a serious, careful to handle of all documents, it is showing her professional ethics. I am very satisfied with her performance.

**DETAILED REVIEW** If you are looking for property solicitors that will do an outstanding job and REALLY look after your interests- stop looking, you have found them! My partner suggested using Sabz for buying our new home as he had dealt with them before for property transactions. I am in general a little sceptical of conveyancing solicitors due to multiple bad experiences in the past. I could not have been more wrong with my scepticism, as Sabz is truly a one-of-a-kind firm with the best people there can be. Naveela handled our case, we also had contact with Rafay for in-person meetings and questions. Our every phone call, every e-mail was answered without fail and in a timely manner ("timely" here means within the same day!) , our every question was answered in exhaustive detail. I have done three property transactions before, but it is during this one with Sabz that I learned the most information about the process. We felt informed at all times and got great legal advice on many points, Naveela and Rafay have done an stellar job explaining the complex legal formulations in terms that we could understand. From the outset, all the details about the process and timelines were explained to us very thoroughly by Naveela. We requested the transaction to be completed before the stamp duty deadline , and it should have been straightforward (no chain on either side). Naveela explained all the main milestones that needed to be hit in order to meet the completion date. She kept us thoroughly updated on her work progress. As it often happens, our transaction stopped in its tracks due to issues at vendors' solicitors. It is right here where Naveela has truly outdone herself and stepped up to the challenge. She wrote and called relentlessly to the sellers' solicitors and gave us detailed info on what to chase the vendors and the estate agent on, so that there would be no miscommunication. Both the vendor and the agent were impressed by the amount of detail we kept giving them with our requests and questions, it's all credit to Naveela and her detailed communication. She would not take "no" for an answer and kept pursuing the other party's solicitor until they relented. She explained thoroughly which "milestones" in the process were critical, and which could realistically wait until after completion. She ended up taking the vendors' solicitor to school when they claimed that without documents signed in-person by vendors they could not complete, whereas in actual fact electronic copies together with a "promise to send paper copies later" was sufficient. My partner and I were very involved in the process and doing a lot of chasing of various parties, but Sabz is not one of the parties we chased - we never had to nag Naveela for progress, never felt like things were being delayed, always felt a priority. We went to the offices twice - to do ID checks and to sign the final forms - the process was handled entirely virtually or by phone calls, but the quality of service, speed of communication and overall experience did not suffer one bit for it! Throughout the process I consulted with Rafay on multiple occasions with some questions and points that were not clear to me. His friendly manner and the thoroughness of response together with legal advice and warnings of where pitfalls might be were outstanding. I was impressed that despite not handling our case day-to-day he was aware of all details and where it stood at any given time. For our transaction, it was race to the final hours of the deadline- but thanks to Naveela's competence , responsiveness, thoroughness and amazing attitude, we completed on time. An example of superb dedication to her clients and going a thousand extra miles, a HUGE thank you to Naveela for answering our emails late at night and looking after our case even while on holiday, due to it being critical to complete on time. Dear Team at Sabz, you should be very proud of yourselves as you are putting large "experienced" conveyancing firms to shame. A MILLION THANK YOUS for a job SUPERBLY done!
