It is unfortunate that the UK home office has the integrity of an MP’s Expense account. It is therefore a fact that as a British Citizen with a foreign spouse you need to employ a law firm to navigate the hostile environment, for legal immigration. Let me start by saying this wasn’t a straightforward case and I had only 2 weeks to appeal against the home office decision, I contacted many solicitor and they all turned me down, they said as this is a very complicated case there is only a small chance that this case wins. Contacted Sabz solicitors and sought advice from Miss Mughal. She went through all the details with me, despite being busy, she was listening effectively and patiently and provided me with the best possible advice. She warned me that the case isn’t straightforward, but she will do her best, she also pointed out that she had dealt with similar immigration matters and had succeeded. She rang me up 2 days ago and informed me that the appeal had been allowed. She is a very nice person, she is professional, knowledgeable and informative. She worked really really hard for this case, I think she deserves a lot more than what she gets. :)

I'm an Australian citizen and have been living in the UK since 1988 on a Indefinite Leave to Enter visa. Five years after the passing of my British wife, I remarried and we applied for a UK Spouse Visa which was refused. We agreed that we needed professional help when we reapplied as immigration rules are basically beyond anyone who hasn't got a degree in immigration law. I came across Sabz Solicitors on the internet, they listen to our experience and requested a copy of the refusal letter. Our application was left in the care of Mr Ahmed Khan and his team, he advised us how our new application would be presented, including extra statements and documents. Ahmed walked me through the application, step by step. As a result, my wife's visa was approved. UK visa application are expensive, and refusals even more so, I strongly advise not to go it alone, seek legal assistance. Ahmed and his team at Sabz Solicitor provided us with a very professional, thorough and friendly service that led to our successful outcome. Well done Guys, and Thank You, 10/10

Our case worker was Nadia Riaz. We were dealing with Sabz Solicitors on the matter of my EEA Family Permit. We were instructed to provide several supporting documents with the application,but failed on telling us all of the required documents.Such as CSI (comprehensive sickness insurance) which was a very important document.Section 9(7)(a) of the Regulations states that the requirement to have comprehensive sickness insurance extend to the family member of the British citizen,who is applying to join the British citizen in the UK( I am Ukrainian,my husband British,we met in Spain and were living there for many years).She mentioned nothing about his parents' current and previous resident cards which are very important to provide as evidence that his parents exercised treaty rights in Spain. I submitted my application on 3,March. She was sent a refusal letter by me,and she promised that another solicitor will call us to advice what we are going to do next,but they never called. Sabz Solicitors charged 1500 GBP and they don't really care about the applicant and realizing that refuse was their fault,they just disappear. Friends,do not trust this people,we had the worst experience ever. SABZ SOLICITORS NOW IS ACCUSED FOR A SERIOUS AND PERSISTENT FAILURE TO ADHERE TO PROPER STANDARDS.
