Worst solicitors firm ever
This review is for a different branch.
Over the course of 18 months, this firm managed to change two solicitors and four different barristers, creating a complete mess every time the case was handed over. Information was constantly mismatched, and no one seemed to have a clue what was going on. Ahmed was consistently unhelpful, never returned calls, and provided zero support throughout.
When I asked to speak to the manager and followed up with numerous emails, I received absolutely no response. It’s clear that communication and accountability are not priorities for this firm. They’re only interested in taking your money, not actually helping you. Avoid this place at all costs!

Worst solicitors on dudley Road. When you start process they all nice they take weeks to come back to you and do all the process. They don't even complete any thing and expect you to pay full price. When you refuse to pay they start sending you court papers. I wish I read the reviews before I started using them.
