This is the second time that we have used BRM legal.

On this occasion of working with BRM Legal for our Transaction we.were fortunate to have Muhammad Khan as our solicitor. These all have to be fake reviews. Awful company.

I have instructed BRM as my solicitor for a very straight forward property sale with no onward chain, and a first time buyer. I first deal with Sameen, who I could never get hold of and quite literally only ever got copy and paste messages from her, I'm almost certain she is not qualified as she could never answer any queries and had to get guidance on every single item.

She then left the business and I have dealt with Tayyub, who is just as bad, impossible to get hold of on the phone and clearly works offshore based on the times the emails come through.

Do not touch with a barge pole.

I'm surprised by the high rating, especially given the much lower reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook. In hindsight, I wish I had checked those platforms before using this service. Unfortunately, my experience didn't meet my expectations, as they missed the completion deadline for myself, which set me back by three months. I also found it challenging to reach them by phone. I hope they can improve their communication and service standards moving forward but I doubt they will. I have used other solicitors in my other purchases and believe me the process was really good in comparison to BRM Legal

Unprofessional Service – Case Abandoned Midway with Extra Costs

I'm extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled. After paying for searches and ID checks, I expected the solicitors to see the process through to completion. Instead, they abandoned my case halfway, leaving me with unexpected costs to start over with new solicitors. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
