When I first looked up BRM Legal and read some of the mixed reviews, I was genuinely hesitant to move forward with them. I even considered finding a different solicitor. But my mortgage adviser highly recommended them, and I’m so glad I decided to trust that advice.

From the very beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The communication was clear, and I always felt supported and informed — which meant a lot, as this was my first time buying a home. Every step, from verifying funds to handling the mortgage and preparing for exchange and completion, was dealt with quickly and competently.

Even when I had questions or concerns, I received timely and reassuring responses. The documents were sent out without delays, and I appreciated how well-coordinated everything was with the lender and seller’s side. What could have been a stressful process ended up feeling surprisingly manageable — even smooth.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled. After paying for searches and ID checks, I expected the solicitors to see the process through to completion. Instead, they abandoned my case halfway, leaving me with unexpected costs to start over with new solicitors. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
