I made some complaints during the process and they were able to make adjustments and see to the success of the completion. I had a terrible experience with NPS Law when I remortgaged earlier this year. I have instructed them with more than 3 months before my old mortgage deal was expiring, but they have managed to drag the process for 4 months and half, which resulted me in losing more than £700 as I have been forced to on the SVR with my old mortgage provider. The communication was very poor and they were very unaware of the processes (especially the Help to Buy work-stream) and I had to personally call HTB and the new mortgage provider to push things along.

Awful experience so far. 10 months into the process of buying my house. I extended my mortgage offer and it still wasn't long enough. I have had to find a new mortgage and it has cost me a lower interest deal. My monthly mortgage will now be higher. Despite asking for updates the latest email has still had no reply after a week.

So bad, do not recommend
