Fantastic company. Yusuf and his team were fast and efficient. I was meesed about by a firm called ONP solicitors for over 8 months. NPS got my remortgage sorted within a couple of weeks!!! I only had 2 months left before my already extended mortgage offer would've expired. I was genuinely stressed to the max before I was put into contact with this firm. Recently, we purchased a property via auction and were recommended to use NPS Law for the conveyancing process. This recommendation turned out to be an excellent one. We were faced with a tight deadline, having only twenty working days to complete the purchase, with the added complication of the Easter holiday falling within this period. The challenging time frame did not pose any issues for NPS Law. From the outset, their team was completely dedicated to our case. Their communication was outstanding from day one, keeping us informed at every stage and ensuring we felt supported throughout the process. Remarkably, within just thirteen days, we received the call letting us know that everything was complete and the sale had finalised. I had a terrible experience with NPS Law when I remortgaged earlier this year. I have instructed them with more than 3 months before my old mortgage deal was expiring, but they have managed to drag the process for 4 months and half, which resulted me in losing more than £700 as I have been forced to on the SVR with my old mortgage provider. The communication was very poor and they were very unaware of the processes (especially the Help to Buy work-stream) and I had to personally call HTB and the new mortgage provider to push things along.

As a first-time buyer, I didn’t really know what to expect or how the whole process worked, but NPS Law made everything a lot easier for me. The team were helpful, explained things clearly and kept me updated as things progressed. Buying a house can be quite stressful, especially when it’s your first time, so I really appreciated the support. Everything was completed on time and I’m really happy with the service. Absolutely exceptional service, the entire process was fast and informative. This is not the first property I have bought, but it is the best experience I have had. Cannot praise the team enough. In the past I have waited months for progress with next to no updates. NPS is like a breath of fresh air - with constant updates along the way. I’ve been recommending NPS Law to all my family and friends and will continue to do so.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely poor service and a thoroughly disappointing experience. We used NPS Law to manage our land purchase and the service we received was well below any reasonable expectation. Communication and responsiveness were consistently poor, attention to detail was lacking, and the overall client experience was incredibly frustrating. Simon Button’s handling of the matter left us with very little confidence in the firm. Our concerns are not limited to our own experience, with the intermediary involved and the seller’s solicitor also expressing concerns about the way matters were handled. Even after completion, we are still having to chase repeatedly for our completion file and associated paperwork. The fact that we continue to pursue basic documentation despite numerous requests speaks volumes about the level of service we have experienced. A solicitor should provide professionalism, diligence, clear communication and confidence throughout an important transaction. Unfortunately, our experience with NPS Law fell significantly short on all counts. We have raised a formal complaint and expect the firm to address these issues. Based on our experience, we would struggle to recommend NPS Law to anyone looking for a responsive, reliable and professional conveyancing service.
