Never normally write reviews but with the First Class service I have revived from Blakewater Solicitors it must documented. Due to purely a Land Register error only, it has taken a while to rectify their error. and throughout period I have received nothing but a First Class, highly professional dedicated service. Never kept in the dark or hard to chance for a update as they constantly kept me updated on the situation and the due-diligence throughout this situation by Blackwater is second to none. All communications between us are as if we were family members and their number one priority to help us as family members would do. For the services they offer for what you need, look no further as you have found the right company that will look after you and ensure they complete the job.

I instructed Blakewater Certus, specifically Naheem, for a complex property matter with many moving parts. Having previously worked with a medium-sized firm whose advice I found disappointing and even negligent (cheapest isn’t always best), I knew I couldn’t afford any more mistakes and I absolutely needed someone who would be on it from day one. Before instructing Blakewater Certus, I spent time researching and speaking to various firms. Naheem came highly recommended for his expertise in this area, and he absolutely lived up to that reputation. He was consistently responsive, courteous, and genuinely went the extra mile at every stage. Despite the geographical distance (I’m based in Surrey and the firm is in the North), communication was seamless and the service always felt first-class. Working in an in-house legal team myself, I regularly deal with large firms - but the quality of service I received from this smaller firm was, in many ways, better. Naheem gave clear, honest, no-nonsense advice - he didn’t sugar-coat anything or waste time. He cuts through the jargon, explains things plainly, and focuses on what actually matters to get the job done. I truly appreciated that level of professionalism and the flexibility he showed in response to our specific circumstances. He made a difficult and high-stakes situation feel manageable and under control. His specialised expertise made all the difference. I contacted Blakewater Certus Solicitors through a recommendation from another solicitor. We were informed that Naheem Anwar is a very experienced and knowledgeable solicitor who will be able to manage our case. We were not local to their organisation and had concerns how our case would be managed. Naheem manged the case remotely and kept us updated via emails and phone calls from himself and Alisha. He always gave us time when we phoned and allowed flexibility when we travelled to visit him. Naheem clearly knew what results we wanted; with his legal experience he was able to quickly achieve the positive outcomes within a short space of time. I contacted Blakewater Certus Solicitors just 6 working days before a scheduled court hearing - very short notice – and they were able to act quickly and efficiently. A prompt meeting was arranged, and they swiftly began preparing for the hearing. I was particularly impressed with Naheem Anwar and Alisha Renah, who were both extremely professional and thorough. During our meeting, everything was clearly explained and discussed in detail, which helped me feel much more positive and informed during what was an incredibly stressful time. Mr Anwar stayed in regular contact throughout – via both email and phone – and kept me updated every step of the way, including during the course of two court hearings. After the final hearing, he took the time to debrief me, answer any outstanding questions, and advise me on possible future legal scenarios and actions to take in case anything further arose. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and support I received from Blakewater Certus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Hassan and Ayaz were very helpful throughout the whole process and very responsive at all times. It was a long process but had solutions at every difficult point. Good smooth service in home purchase. Good aftercare. Easy to contact and quick responses to any queries. Used them twice now, and would do so again happily.

We purchased our property and instructed Blakewater as our Solictors. Ahisha was our file handler and we cannot fault any part of the work carried out. All our questions were answered, we were kept informed along the way, and any worries were dealt with. If I needed to call the office and Ahisha wasn’t available at that time other colleagues would do their best to help. Highly recommended.
