I used this firm based on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised throughout my case. An initial call with Qamar to explain the case was detailed but concise and set the tone for a relationship that respected the busy nature of my work and ensured a tailored service to suit me. Paperwork was simple and easy to complete from my phone and I didn't need to go through the cumbersome process of printing and scanning or posting physical documents just to sign off on reports. Sounds like a simple process but it is certainly something we take for granted in a world where we should all be conscious of the environment. My final comment is on the communication, at no point did I feel left out of the loop but equally importantly I wasn't over communicated with, striking the balance is a skill in itself and shows how well they understood my needs. Absolutely delighted with Cooper Hall Solicitors, albeit due to unfortunate circumstances, and would confidently recommend them to others.

Well what can I say about these guys….. what an amazing team you don’t need a solicitor until you do. Mr. Yasin and his team are the top dogs honestly got me through one of the worst experiences someone could go through, I would highly recommend them not only in the situation I was in but for anything else the work they do and support they give not to mention the amazing barrister I had on my side! Kept updated and maintained frequent contact with me answered any questions with ease and honesty (regardless of how pointless and repetitive the question was).
