From start to finish the service in terms of efficiency and response times has been really excellent. By far the best conveyancing firm I have ever used in 30 years of completing property transaction. I will definitely be using this firm again. I have used local firms in the past, thinking it would be easier. However, despite dealing remotely with Joanne and her team, every step has been easy and with no stress!

We have used Ramsdens as our first choice for our conveyancing, for a very good reason.

They are always super easy to get hold of, they are efficient and detailed. The one time we did not use the team because the mortgage had "free" legals it was a nightmare.

We have just remortaged and used them for what will have been our fifth time

When my late brother passed away I was in a whirlwind and thrown in the deep end and didn't have a clue what to do, but I rang a few solicitors up and only Ramsdens was the only one that got back in touch when I left a message.
Luckily Sarah called back and put me at ease and explained everything to me which was fantastic and she calmed me down as I was frantic lol..
Overall experience was fantastic from start to finish.
They explained every single process that needed doing.
Great service from all the team especially from Sarah and Ivana.
