I approached din solicitors to recoup the money owed to me . I chose the right firm. This firm was fantastic dealing with my case , with speed, understanding and professional conduct. I must say that Mr Mathew Wegner who handled my case was great and professional, has very good knowledge, friendly, a good listener and very efficient. Having been in an accident, i recently used DIN solicitors to assist me with a claim. Having initially felt a little anxious and lost on the best course of action to take, and where the claim would ultimately lead me, my assigned lawyer 'Richard Whitaker' quickly put my mind at ease. Richard was always available at the end of a telephone or an email, and even though it was a complicated and testing case, Richard always gave a sense that he was on top of things, and never felt like I was having to chase things. I found him to be calm yet thorough, professional but friendly, and provided clear and easy to understand 'guidance' throughout the whole process, with a positive end result. I am pleased to say that we won the case, and once claim had been settled, it was all wrapped up pretty quickly. I really am pleased with the overall service, and all in all, I would genuinely recommend this company, and especially Richard Whitaker. I would certainly not hesitate to use them again, that's for sure. Good job all around. Thanks again !

I am ecstatic to see that such a complicated claim I had has come to an end. The work put in by my allocated solicitor, Richard Whitaker, has been phenomenal. He is outstanding, his perseverance alone has led to a fantastic, unexpected result. Richard is a clear asset to Din Solicitors, and the reason as to why I am leaving my first ever google review! Richard was allocated my claim back in 2017. Despite myself losing faith in the claim itself, Richard showed commitment and continued to reassure me each day that we were near success. Although what seemed like a straightforward car claim, it soon became clear it was much more complicated. Richard was informed the matter was criminal and nothing could be done. Yet, he chased the matter (and myself) till this very day, 4 years later and has provided me with the compensation I much needed. How he managed to do this is beyond me, he is an exceptional solicitor and clearly needs a promotion and pay rise. Finally, I have found a solicitor who actually cares about their client. Will definitely use Richards services in the future, highly highly highly recommend him.
