Excellent service in what was a challenging time
What should have been a very straightforward conveyancing, given that there were only three links in the chain, turned out to be extremely stressful and RDC worked well to bring it altogether, quite remarkably completing on the entire process on the same day just before Christmas. One of the other solicitors involved was seemingly very slow and that meant that the agreed completion date was missed, and we had to reorganise anything and everything for two weeks later.... but Mark and the team stuck at it and it all worked out in the end, thank you, Mark. The downside was that we never got to talk to Mark or even shake his hand, we should have spent time at the start learning RDC's processes, which may well have reduced the stress level all round, but it wouldn't have effected the overall situation. I thoroughly commend the thorough and diligent approach taken by RDC.
