Thornton Jones Solicitors

We had a difficult house sale that should have been straightforward, but the total incompetence and unprofessionalism of the other side’s solicitors turned what should have been a simple process into an unbelievable shambles. Alison guided us through the debacle with exceptional knowledge, honesty, attention to detail and absolute professionalism. She ensured that we were fully compliant and ready to complete at all times, all while helping us maintain our sanity! Rachele kept us regularly updated and ensured that all our documentation was completed and returned promptly. The Dream Team? Absolutely! We cannot thank Alison and Rachele enough for their outstanding support throughout what was a needlessly stressful process.

I cannot explain how fantastic Anna was! She was professional throughout and always kept us up to date with everything that was happening. She made sure she had everything she needed before she continued onto the next step. She made the whole process very easy for us to understand. She was patient with us when we were asking her questions. I would definitely recommend her and the company to anyone who needed them. Thank you Anna! You made getting our dream home a reality!

A law firm that is excellent in every respect, offering professional and reliable service; very good communication; as well as understanding and patience when explaining matters. The fees are very reasonable

These guys were recommended to complete a commercial property purchase as per auction in 28 days which they did efficiently and good communication which we know isn’t always the case with solicitors! I would highly recommend and use again

Having previously used the firm several times, we were happy to return and found the service consistently reliable. The team was professional, thorough and responsive throughout the process, keeping us informed and dealing with enquiries as they arose. In particular, when we were faced with a tight deadline towards the end of the purchase, they acted quickly and efficiently to get everything completed in time.

Highly recommend Thornton Jones solicitors conveyancing team. Alison and Rachele were incredible throughout the property purchasing process. For first time buyers they made the process really smooth, excellent service. Only negative comment would be that the app didn't provide updates, but like I said Alison and Rachele were always happy to take a call and quick to respond on email.

Very professional. Easy to work with. Great communication thankyou

First‑class service from exceptionally professional and helpful staff. Jess and Natalie supported us throughout our leasehold purchase. The process became quite drawn out due to communication issues with our builder. Despite this, Jess and Natalie’s dedication and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout and are a real credit to both themselves and the company.
