Helpful throughout the entire process

Always on hand to help move the sale along and they have an amazing app that shows how many steps are left during the process which is so helpful for first time buyers as it can be very overwhelming.

Excellent conveyancing support

Zanna, with the support of Holly, at Thornton Jones Garforth were my conveyancing solicitors for my recent house purchase. As a first time buyer I felt completely supported, they answered my questions and guided me through the process with professionalism and kindness and I would throughly recommend them to anyone looking for a convoyaging solicitor. Property purchase

Zanna delivered a first-class service on my property purchase. Completion was achieved within 9 weeks of the Memorandum of Sale being issued, an excellent result.
Communication was always prompt, concise and 'to the point'.
Both Zanna and her assistant Holly, we're a pleasure to talk to, I always had a high level of confidence my purchase was being well looked after.
I would very happily recommend the legal services of Zanna, Holly and Thornton Jones.

Good morning &’it is a perfect day , Thornton & Jones have excelled themselves , Zanna & Holly make an amazing team. Zanna helped us buy a house with the Council, which wasn't easy as the Council gave us some last-minute unpleasant surprises. I myself did not believe that it would work, but Zanna's professional approach and calmness made it possible to close the topic on time.
Never met Zanna or Holly in person but always I knew they are there to give me the answer.
It was my first purchase in a foreign country and this team made it so easy.

I was blown away by the quality of the service I received from Thornton Jones during the purchase of my property. From the initial quote all the way through to completion, they were communicative, proactive and efficient. I received prompt responses to my queries via email, staff I needed to speak to on the phone were always available when I rang and the app was amazing at helping me track exactly where I was up to at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend Thornton Jones enough! Zanna and Holly made a potentially very stressful few months a positive and supportive experience. Thank you!

We contacted Thornton Jones as we needed help with conveyancing for our remortgage out of the government help to buy scheme. Thornton Jones were really quick to act, and once we’d instructed them we were quickly underway and introduced to Zanna and Holly as our key points of contact. The entire process was explained to us, and we were kept informed throughout. Everything ran very smoothly, and we completed the transaction on the earliest available date. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again if needed in the future.

I cannot thank Zanna and Holly enough. From start to finish I felt informed fully on what was happening and was kept up to date every step of the way.
As this is the first house I have purchased I was unsure of the process but it was broken down for me and made simple without the condescending manner I have been met with previously with other companies.
I would 100% recommend Thornton Jones. Their fees are transparent and I was made aware of these before starting the process. Professional women from start to finish.
