We used Thornton Jones recently to sell our home and purchase our new one and Natalie worked on our case. Due to timings the sale completed first and then the purchase after so we communicated over about 6 months. Jess was always really easy to get hold of, answered questions and actioned different parts of the case quickly and especially completed our purchase quickly. We were really happy it made a stressful time a lot easier, would definitely recommend

Brilliant and highly efficient solicitor
We used Thornton and Jones as our solicitors for buying our first home. They came highly recommended from a work colleague. Sam Kelly was our solicitor and she and Emily Pinchbeck did a brilliant job. They were very efficient. Very easy to communicate, they always responded by email or they called back within the same day. They were so helpful with all the questions we had as first time buyers. And the whole buying process went by smoothly and quickly. I would 100% recommend Thornton and Jones.

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish!
Used Zanna and her assistant Molly for a house sale late 2024 that fell through, she was excellent with her communication from start to finish and helped explain everything to me as i was a first time buyer. Once the other house sale fell through it took my a while to find a new property, i knew for sure i was going to use Zanna again, nothing was too much trouble and nothing was a silly question - not only were the updates and e-mails prompt to be responded to but the Thornton Jones app made it easy to track all my progress of the sale. Although slightly more expensive than other quotes, I would never use anyone else, and the price you pay is for the amazing service you have! I can highly recommend to everyone and anyone!

Joanne and the staff involved with Mum's will and Estate were very thoughtful and caring throughout and explained everything. I asked lots of questions and was always wanting to know how much longer we had to wait for it to be finalised. If I had anything constructive to say it would be to keep their clients posted all the time, a sentence would be suffice. Saying that thank you so much.
