Pheadra joined the conveyancing team here at Thornton Jones in May 2022 having spent many years working at both Armitage & Guest and GM Wilson solicitors in Wakefield. Pheadra has worked in conveyancing for over 15 years so has many years of experience and is familiar with New Build Purchases and Help to Buy Schemes. Outside of work Pheadra loves spending time with her partner, son, two step children, and French Bulldog Enzo which takes up most of her spare time. She also enjoys socialising with friends, jetting away on holiday, cooking and make new recipes and also reading a good book when time permits!

    Purchase of New Build Home

    My partner and I are first time buyers and purchased a new build property with the help of Thornton Jones. We decided to use Thornton Jones due to the positive reviews previous clients had left however the service we received was above our expectations. Pheadra and Jess were excellent at keeping us in the loop, providing advice and explaining the steps for the purchase, We can't thank them enough for the help provided and will be using their services again in the future.
