Both Alison and Rachele made what was a complicated sale of my late fathers property much simpler by providing much needed help and guidance. Alison and Rachele dealt with sale of a property on my behalf. I have been delighted with the advice, help and service provided. I mainly corresponded via email and all queries that I had were answered promptly the same day. They had a lot to put up with from the buyers solicitor and dealt with it in a professional manner. Above & beyond.
Alison Jewell handled the transfer of my equity in my previous home to my wife & the purchase of my new home. Alison kept me informed throughout & always responded quickly to any questions I had.
A year later I referred back to Alison when it was discovered that my wife’s solicitors had not sent off the paperwork to the Land Registry as they had ceased trading. Alison once again was quick to respond & help me through this problem too. Throughout both pieces of work Alison was unbelievably quick to reply to any correspondence I sent her & her advice & help always reassured me.

Outstanding service - friendly & professional beyond the call of duty
Alison worked for my mum on First Registration of the house. When my mum passed away, she then dealt with the conveyancing until eventual sale. In total over a couple of years. Alison was extremely helpful, diligent and proactive - even to the extent of offering to call in my mum’s house to deliver/collect something.
She was also very friendly and polite - a wonderful combination and I would readily choose her for any future work and recommend her highly to others. (I’m no relation and my only interaction with Alison is through this business - just a very satisfied client).

Excellent solicitors!
I unfortunately had a really difficult time selling my house, it took just over a year and the whole process was extremely stressful. If I didn't have Alison and Rachele on my case, I still don't know how the sale would have ever completed. From start to finish Alison and Rachele were always responsive, available and willing to help me understand every stage of the process.
