Zanna helped us buy a house with the Council, which wasn't easy as the Council gave us some last-minute unpleasant surprises. I myself did not believe that it would work, but Zanna's professional approach and calmness made it possible to close the topic on time.
Never met Zanna or Holly in person but always I knew they are there to give me the answer.
It was my first purchase in a foreign country and this team made it so easy.

Jessica and Natalie made our experience of purchasing our property stress-fee. And their efficiency is amazing. The seller was pushing for completion in a month. We didn’t think it’d be possible and told the seller so. But Jessica and Natalie completed the procedure on the seller’s desired date. Truly amazing. We’re very impressed.
My overall experience with Jessica and Natalie was excellent.
Because of my pleasant experience, I’ll now use Thornton Jones when I need a solicitor for whatever. I already know what I will ask them to help me with next.
Another thing I’d like to mention: Their price is competitive, which is very nice.

I was blown away by the quality of the service I received from Thornton Jones during the purchase of my property. From the initial quote all the way through to completion, they were communicative, proactive and efficient. I received prompt responses to my queries via email, staff I needed to speak to on the phone were always available when I rang and the app was amazing at helping me track exactly where I was up to at each stage of the process.
