Me and my partner have recently bought our first home and were very nervous about the legal process side of things specifically. However, all our concerns were put to bed in record time through Leah's exceptional communication from start to finish! She was always on the other end of the phone, replied to emails in great time and worked so hard things done as soon as possible! I can not recommend Leah enough and she is a credit to her profession!

Apex Law uses the slogan “Take the headache out of your next property purchase.” My experience could not have been further from that promise. Dealing with Apex Law created an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, frustration and headache throughout my property transaction. The biggest disappointment was my experience dealing with Ismail, who was responsible for my case. I found the way my case was handled to be incredibly incompetent, and my interactions with him were, at times, rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Communication was consistently poor, responses were slow, and getting even a basic update often required several phone calls and messages. I was genuinely shocked by the level of service. When someone is responsible for something as important and financially significant as a property transaction, you expect them to be proactive, organised, responsive and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Ismail was the complete opposite. Rather than having confidence that my case was being properly managed, I regularly found myself having to chase for information and push for things to be dealt with. Trying to get an update became a headache in itself. It frequently seemed that Ismail was unavailable or on leave, or I would be told to leave another message and wait for a call back. On the occasions when I did manage to speak with him, I did not feel I was being treated with the level of professionalism or respect I would expect as a paying client. Unfortunately, the poor customer service extended beyond Ismail. I also found my interactions with Fatima and Ann, both receptionists, to be rude and unprofessional. When a client is already frustrated because they cannot get an update on their case, being met with an unhelpful or rude attitude only makes an already stressful situation considerably worse. The Apex Law app was also practically useless in my experience. You are encouraged to sign up so you can supposedly monitor the progress of your case, yet mine was rarely updated and provided very little useful information. There is no benefit in offering clients a case-tracking system if nobody is keeping it updated. What frustrates me most is the sheer amount of my own time that was wasted chasing a service I was paying for. Property transactions are stressful enough without having to repeatedly call your solicitor, leave messages, chase updates and wonder whether your case is actually progressing. I cannot emphasise enough how disappointed I was with the service I received. In my experience, the handling of my case was incompetent, communication was painfully poor, and the attitude and professionalism I encountered — particularly from Ismail — fell far below what I would expect from a professional legal firm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Apex Law to anyone handling a property transaction, and I would never use them again. Even if they offered to handle my next transaction completely free of charge, I would go elsewhere. For me, using Apex Law didn't take the headache out of the property transaction — they were one of the biggest headaches of the entire process.

Apex Law provided excellent service throughout my house sale. From the initial consultation to the final completion, the team was professional, responsive, and kept me informed at every stage. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I felt well looked after and confident that everything was being handled properly. Highly recommend them for any property transaction.

I am extremely pleased of Phil, Shelsea and the whole team. They were referred by the agents and they have done a good job in terms of processing our mortgage as fast as it can be. It was really helpful that there was a dedicated person that checks the entire sales process. It was also good that they have an integrated app so we are aware of the whole process. Sometimes, it can take days to get a reply especially in terms of the documents but when Phil replies, almost all the papers are already done. I highly recommend their service.
