We started using core legal for a house sale amongst family members. It wasn’t the most straightforward of sales but once core legal (Mehak) started to lead the process it was plain sailing. I would definitely recommend them and her to anyone thinking about which solicitors to use. Outstanding
Our remortgage was handled swiftly, efficiently and with minimum fuss. The service was excellent throughout and any issues / concerns were ironed out immediately (there were not many). When written messages required follow-up, calls were answered and matters being discussed addressed without issue. The process was as stress free as it could be, which is testament to the staff involved with handling our case (particularly, Vivi Tzouda - who was outstanding). Would use again without reservation. Recommended.

I am very happy with the conveyancing service provided by Core Legal York Office - they did an excellent job in conveyancing my purchase of a property. It took less than 7 weeks to complete on the 31 March 2025 just in time right before the increase in Stamp Duty taxes, saving me in higher SDLT.
