Truly awful! Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs! Our buyer used this firm for the purchase a our property. After instruction it took them 5 weeks to even get in contact or reply to our solicitor. They are very slow and not capable of their work. Each instance it takes then over 4 weeks to reply to any correspondence then at every oppertunity they raise more enquiries which could of been raised at the start of instruction. They clearly are not capable of this kind of work. The sale should of been straight forward with no chain and no mortgage either side.
Instead they send over enquiries that have already been satisfied. They are very untrustworthy. They even sent an enquiry requesting a document to be sent to their clients lender and wanted £120 from us for this! The client was a cash buyer and had no lender!
