Clinical Negligence
Donāt bother
My experience of dealing with this firm of solicitors is they offer a poor service, despite me calling them several times, emails them etc, it took over 2 weeks for them to respond to my enquiry regarding a potential medical negligence claim, not good after suffering a heart attack. The only reason that contacted me was due to the fact I threatened to report them to the SRA. When I complained to then, they were quick to respond (strange that) with the below, no apologies, attempt to resolve my issues, pathetic. āIn view of your comments this morning I confirm that I will not be able to consider any further potential claim you may have. I recommend you contact another firm of Solicitors who can consider whether you have a claim regarding your recent health issues. This firm is not able to act on behalf. Yours faithfullyā In my experience of dealing with them, forget it, very unprofessional, no compassion, quick enough to respond when I said I would report them.
