Having qualified in 2007, Tom joined our Property department in 2011 as Assistant Solicitor, rising through the ranks to Associate, Salaried Partner and now Equity Partner and Head of the Property Department. Tom is a transaction expert with thousands of completions across all property sectors under his belt. He acts for all types of sellers, buyers, tenants, developers, farmers, traders and investors, working with a wide and varied range of transactions from individuals acquiring their first home to multi-million pound mixed use premises and everything in between. Tom finds himself in the fortunate position to be acting for the children of some of his first clients, and it will not be long until he starts acting for the next generation!     From Australia, I was able to have Tom of Parker Bullen organise and negotiate, with our tenant, a Deed of Settlement, with very little input from me, after the initial instruction. Most impressed. Based on this, we are engaging Tom and Parker Bullen to provide conveyancing services after the sale of the property.

    Excellent solicitor!

    We used Tom Bessant from Parker Bullen solicitors in Salisbury for a complicated sale of 3 commercial properties and found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. It was a stressful exercise but Tom's cool head, expertise, tenacity and knowledge of the subject finally translated into 3 successful sales for us. Not sure anyone else in our area could have done it. Highly recommended!
