Rebecca joined our Salisbury office in October 2024 as Senior Associate in our Residential Property department. Rebecca has a wealth of expertise in property transactions, with a focus on but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build conveyancing, shared ownership, discount unit schemes, equity release, transfers of equity, remortgages, and Help to Buy redemptions. Rebecca understands that buying or selling a property is one of the most stressful experiences in life. She values the trust her clients place in her and is dedicated to providing the kind of service she would expect to receive. Communication is at the heart of her approach, and she works hard to keep her clients informed throughout their transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and since then has worked in the Residential Property department of two local law firms. Outside her work, Rebecca has had the incredible opportunity of writing two editions of ‘A Practical Guide to New Build Conveyancing’ with Law Brief Publishing.

    Brilliant Solicitors! Would Recommend!

    I’ve worked with other solicitors in the past to sell properties, including a supposedly “top” firm in London, but none have come close to the level of service I received from Parker Bullen. They were incredibly efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Emails were answered promptly and clearly, and any questions I had were explained patiently and thoroughly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their communication made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I was genuinely impressed with how seamless everything was and can’t recommend Parker Bullen highly enough. I’ll absolutely be using them again for my upcoming house purchase and will definitely be exploring the other services they offer!

    The worse Conveyancy firm we could have chosen !

    It’s a very long story, but please stay away from this Conveyancy firm. We used them for the sale of our property and the purchase of a new build. They handle client’s files with neglect and lack of competence. They made so many errors on our file and made the whole process of moving so much more stressful! We complained several times by offering constructive feedback but no improvements were made. They couldn’t even accept, with humbleness, the constructive feedback we offered and simply went on to make more mistakes on our file and statements. Moving home is a stressful process, moving home with incompetent solicitors is a nightmare! Happy to share more details if anyone is interested. Please just go elsewhere. Good luck!!
