    Friendly, approachable yet professional staff

    Higgs LLP administer my late partner’s trust and did the conveyancing when I moved. Due to circumstances beyond their control it took eight months to get to completion but throughout the solicitors were professional, friendly and helpful.

    Very pleased with help and advice

    We needed to review and change our wills and check our LPA’s were still effective given certain events. At our initial face to face meeting Lucy explained the best way to achieve what we wanted and raised a number of things for our consideration. In regard to the LPA’s we were advised that we did not need to incur the expense of changing provided certain other paperwork was in place. A figure for the work was provided and that was the figure ultimately charged. Lucy was very easy to deal with and inspired confidence in advice given as did Scott.
