A difficult sale
Without Tracy's expertise and tenacity, the sale of a cottage with no title deeds, no registration, and in need of renovation could have become very protracted and difficult. Her professional approach with the Executors, the Estate Agents and the buyers led to the sale being handled efficiently and swiftly in the circumstances, considering all the unimaginable obstacles that occurred along the way. Every possible angle was tackled with the benefit of her experience and exceptional knowledge of unusual situations. She goes above and beyond expectations, and her help and empathy with all parties could not be improved upon.
