Following her Law Degree, Faye went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Bloomsbury. Faye then joined a Kent law firm in 2014 as a paralegal before commencing her Training Contract in 2016 and qualifying in 2018.
Faye works as a solicitor in the Employment Department and provides specialist advice and guidance to both employers and employees in the following areas; drafting, reviewing and negotiating settlement agreements and severance packages; managing day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinary, ill-health, capability, redundancy and grievance procedures; advising on dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims including representation in proceedings in the Employment Tribunal; advising on changes to terms and conditions of employment and breach of contract disputes; advising on post-termination restrictions; and drafting, reviewing and advising on employment contracts, consultancy agreements, company policies and procedures.
Described as sympathetic and understanding, client service is of utmost importance to Faye and she strives to deal with client issues promptly in an effort to alleviate the concerns that her clients have during what can be a difficult time for them. When dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work, attention to detail is key and Faye is always thorough in the advice that she provides whilst ensuring that it is concise and easy to understand.
Faye understands the importance of getting to know her clients to be able to understand their business’ needs. She has developed excellent relationships with her commercial clients who know they can trust her advice when dealing with an employment related matter or dispute.

Employment - Unfair dismissal support
I was recommended Faye by a friend who went through a similar unfair dismissal case. Faye came recommended and my friend felt they got an agreement they were owed and also felt well represented. I had the exact same experience. Faye was personable, effective and helped guide me through the process. Faye helped make feel incredibly optimistic and certain during a hard time and I have since recommended her services to others who have had the same experience.

Excellent and timely help
I used this solicitor when my mother died so when I needed legal advice again I engaged their services. The advice I received was excellent and I felt they were on my side throughout the negotiations with my employer. All emails were answered quickly and my wishes were adhered to, I recommend them and if I need legal advice again they will be my first choice.

Employment Settlement
Faye was an excellent solicitor , who took time to go through the whole settlement document , simplifying the language and explaining each point clearly and articulately. She offered impartial advice on best way forward and was helpful and attentive for the whole duration . i would very highly recommend her services

Professional, but most importantly, empathetic!
Having recently gone through redundancy I was, as you can imagine, very anxious. Faye put many of my worries at ease straightaway, clearly explaining the process and what was required from all parties involved. She was also brilliant at explaining the heavy legal terminology in Layman's terms in order to help me understand the terms of my redundancy settlement. She swiftly acted on the amendments we wished to make and made the process overall incredibly straightforward. For anyone needing professional guidance on their redundancy, I would thoroughly recommend Faye!

Fantastic service!

Compassionate, professional - would highly recommend Faye
Faye helped me resolve what I thought was difficult matter with my employers last year. I was so distraught over the whole thing its taken me a while to recover.
Faye is attentive, compassionate, fair and professional. She was approachable, knowledgeable and was able to efficiently find a favourable outcome for all parties involved.
I was so distraught by the whole situation but was reassured and supported in my decision once we had discussed the facts and looked at potential solutions.
