Following the sad passing of our Mother in the early part of last year (2025) we had call to use the services of Mullis & Peake LLP twice. Firstly to seek the Deed of Probate on our Mothers Estate and the then for Conveyancing purposes for the sale of our late Parents Home. In Both instances we could not have wished for a better service from Mullis & Peake. Both Emma Boys Smith - Solicitor (Wills & Probate) together with Paras Mercioniu - Paralegal and Deborah Marsh - Completions Manager (Residential team), could not have been more Helpful, Understanding, Considerate and Professional through-out our entire dealings with them, especially given the sensitive and emotional loss we were dealing with at that time. We would have no hesitation in using Mullis & Peake LLP again in future for any other legal matters and would happily recommend them to anyone else who required such legal services in the future as well.
