Anne joined Mullis & Peake in January 2019 as a Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney Paralegal and then she started her Training Contract with the firm in October 2020. She qualified on 1st April 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate Solicitor in April 2026. She completed her undergraduate degree in Law (LLB Hons) with Criminology in July 2018 from the University of Roehampton. She then completed her LPC LLM degree in Master of Laws in Legal Professional Practice in November 2019 from The University of Law, London Moorgate. Anne has experience in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also deals with the full administration of estates and obtaining Grants of Probate / Letters of Administration. She can deal with estates where the deceased left a Will, but also when the intestacy rules apply when the deceased did not leave a Will.

    Dealing with my late uncle's affairs

    I was kept informed at every step of the process and any questions that I had were quickly dealt with. I certainly wouldn't have been able to sort out the affairs of my late uncle myself.
