Once Natalie reviewed my case and we spoke over the phone, she knew I had a deadline of Monday to get advice on a figure and put this forward. The empathy and understanding she displayed was second to none. Natalie was on holiday on the Friday, but she made the effort to pass this over to her colleague Helen. On the Friday I had a very happy surprise waiting in my inbox. I then forwarded this figure to my Acas representative, and negotiations are now going under way today (Monday). I thanked them both for this. Going the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated, as I have had a rather tough 4 months or so. Excellent service, and for them both to do this for me proved a lot to me. There are some good people still left out there.
