Commercial and residential transactions including landlord and tenant matters and acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of leases and renewals and licences. Disposals by way of gift, transfers of equity and declarations of trust between co-owners. Advising parents and grandparents on gifts and loans to family members linked to property transactions and various forms of property trust structures.
