    Making of a joint will

    The process of making a joint mirror will was made very easy by Taylor Bracewell. We made the will through the Will Aid scheme, which not only helped us with the cost but also benefits a good charity cause.     This was already a very difficult and upsetting transaction due to the nature of probate, but unfortunately the service I received from Taylor Bracewell made it significantly worse. There were constant mistakes throughout the job, and despite this, no apology or acknowledgment was given. Instead, the response was defensive and showed a lack of empathy. I raised a formal complaint, which was dismissed by the complaints manager on the basis that the solicitor (Lauren) does not usually receive negative feedback, rather than addressing the substance of my concerns. Costs more than doubled during the matter and were only reverted back after I escalated my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. Overall, I did not feel listened to or treated fairly.
