Probate
From the start, James was always approachable, courteous and sensitive in guiding us through this difficult time. He always responded quickly to any queries we had and if he wasn't sure about something he would always check and get back to us promptly with an answer. My only criticism was that it took well over a year to complete the process. However, I understand that this is normal in such cases, particularly with a trust involved.

Dealings with my mother's estate
We have had excellent service and experience with Blanchards Bailey, and James Duncan in particular in regards to the process of finalising our mother's estate. We have been kept up to date throughout the procedure regularly and thoroughly, and were always treated well in face to face meetings too. I would certainly recommend them.

Assistance with sale of property and distribution of Estate.
I was the executor of my late sisters estate and went to Blanchards for assistance, having used them before on numerous occasions in connection with drawing up and changing Wills (Emma Needham - excellent). I initially met James Duncan and Meggie Crane at the offices in Blandford and felt comfortable with them and confident in their abilities and professionalism. I handed the entire process over to them, which included everything from applying for Probate, the sale of a flat (Tessa Perry - excellent) and the distribution of the Estate. I cannot fault the service received and will happily use Blanchards again.
