I am a Conveyancing Executive working in the Residential Conveyancing department at our Poundbury office. I am in the process of completing the final units of the Level 6 CLC course, in order to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. I have worked in conveyancing for the last 11 years. I specialise in residential conveyancing, dealing with freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions. I really enjoy helping clients through what can be a very stressful time, and providing them with a personal and friendly service. I also enjoy the fast pace of conveyancing, and that no two transactions are the same. I really enjoy building relationships with clients, and I work hard to ensure that my clients are kept updated and feel supported throughout the transaction. It is very rewarding helping clients to achieve their goals and I get great satisfaction when a client tells me that I have done a good job.

    Excellent conveyancing as always

    I have used Blanchard Bailey a number of times for both sale and purchase of property, it is always a pleasure having Harriet deal with the conveyancing. She is very professional and efficient while retaining an empathetic human approach, making the whole process more manageable. Would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if daunted by the buying/selling process. She is assisted by a good team who are knowledgeable and up to date with the cases she is working on so are therefore able to answer questions and queries that come up in Harriet’s absence

    Exceptional bunch!

    Had a great experience with Blanchards performing a Transfer of Equity and exchanging + completing the purchase of a house. Fantastic team who were always prompt and on top of what was happening, giving great advice and reassurance when the situation was getting a bit stressful from delays outside our control.
