Mike Hansom joined Battens’ Property Dispute Resolution team in May 2026, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of property-related matters. He is based in both Bath and Yeovil offices. Mike graduated from the University of St Andrews in 1998 with a degree in History of Art and Geography before converting to law in 2001. The case was successfully resolved at trial, with the court finding in his client’s favour and awarding costs against the opposing party. Mike is known for his pragmatic approach, helping clients navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity.
