Flat retrieval and sale.

I dealt with Battens on and off for quite a long time and found them efficient in almost every case. My only slight concern was the seeming inability for anyone to call me when I needed a question answered quickly. Nearly all contact was by email which was slightly frustrating when I was after a rapid response.
