I initially struggled to find a solicitors that would deal with a house sale via Modern Auction, a relatively new approach for selling a house, and even those that did didn't communicate effectively with me. This was completely different once I contacted Battens - they were friendly and helpful from the outset. Subsequently they were professional and very efficient at communicating through out the sale process. I would not hesitate to recommend Battens.

Whilst I found them knowledgeable enough, they have double billed quite often. Including billing me for chasing them (which was credited when challenged), I also had to frequently chase several times to simply get a reply
