We are extremely satisfied with the friendly and efficient service we received. Nicola was really pleasant to deal with and responded to every enquiry promptly. Jen Haynor at Battens Yeovil, has dealt with our last two property sales and purchases, and I would never use anyone else for conveyancing. She is responsive, professional, and always helpful and accommodating, going the extra mile when those inevitable curved balls arrive! Whilst we don't intend moving for quite some time now, when we do, we would have no hesitation in using Jen again, and would highly recommend.

I've been using Battens for 36 years and was the first client of their employment service which is absolutely excellent. For a fixed price and an insurance they cover all my employment procedures and problems with telephone advice, drafting and I think it includes all court costs though we've not had to go there! Also included is a regular lunchtime seminar to update and give tips. I also use their agricultural side which likewise is excellent and from time to time their litigation side which, so too, is very good. What more can I say.

I had to change solicitors mid way through the sale/purchase procedure. Battens thankfully were prepared to undertake the 'rescue'. The staff were friendly, and very helpful, also long suffering with regard to my buyers. I have moved many times but never before received such a comprehensive folder for the purchased property. They certainly removed much of the tension from a very stressful situation. I can thoroughly recommend Battens solicitors.
