Amy is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, based in our Bridport and Poundbury offices in Dorset. Amy joined Battens Solicitors in March 2026. Amy prides herself on providing clear and practical advice in plain English, and is always willing to go the extra mile for every client.

    Dealing with the surrender of a shop lease

    Could not recommend them highly enough contacted the Bridport branch and from that point on the service was totally professional my main point of contact was with Amy Heaver “thanks once again Amy” she really knows he job and pointed out several important issues with my landlords demands which proved to be very useful in negotiations resulting in a very favourable outcome and saved me a great deal of money and time
