The conveyancing team at Battens (Sherborne) were superb. They sorted out a major tangle which had arisen with our property sale, and brought it to completion within a relatively short and urgent time frame. Their work was a mixture of elevated professionalism, expert craftwork, and a loyalty to us as their clients that involved going well beyond the 'extra mile'. We can't thank them enough.

I cannot rate Samantha highly enough, she has been amazing from start to finish! Samantha has always been efficient, easy to talk to and will explain the legal lingo in simple terms when asked and it's never a problem. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling - I always felt at ease in such good hands without any stress due to Sam's professionalism and attention to detail. This has been my second time using Samantha and I will definitely use her again and would recommend to anyone I know.

I cannot rate Samantha highly enough. From start to finish, she has been incredibly kind, patient and calming in what can only be described as the most stressful few months trying to sell a house while heavily pregnant. Nothing has been too much trouble and she has always been on hand to listen to my woes. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. This has been my second time using Sam and I will definitely use her again if the need arises.
