I would recommend this firm Georgina and Stephine were both great when handling my case. They were quick to respond and Georgina was able to help with any question I had and would advise me accordingly even when at points I had needed a couple of explanations to get my head around things at this confusing time.
I felt very confident in what they were doing, how thing were being dealt with and that means a lot when your going through such difficult time.

Very slow response times, and double billing
This review is for a different branch.
Whilst I found them knowledgeable enough, they have double billed quite often. Including billing me for chasing them (which was credited when challenged), I also had to frequently chase several times to simply get a reply
