Very Poor Service and Attitude
My experience with HG Walker Solicitors was regrettably very poor. From the outset, communication was inconsistent and lacked clarity, leaving me uncertain about the progress of my matter and without the reassurance I reasonably expected. I encountered a dismissive attitude when raising concerns, along with an unwillingness to acknowledge or take responsibility for a series of avoidable errors. This left me feeling undervalued as a client and lacking confidence in the service provided. As highlighted by another reviewer, this firm has previously been criticised for “very poor service and poor attitude with multiple errors – The Legal Ombudsman currently reviewing this case.” Solicitors are entrusted with delivering professionalism, accountability, and clear advice. Unfortunately, in my experience, these standards were not met. I was left dissatisfied, frustrated, and without the level of service that should be expected in this profession. It is my hope that HG Walker reflects on these shortcomings and makes meaningful improvements in client care, communication, and accountability. Until then, prospective clients may wish to proceed with caution.
