Simon Nethercott is absolutely brilliant. He is clever, efficient, fast, communicates with his clients, gets things done properly and on time. He is not at all condescending but very down to earth and puts himself out to get the best result for the client. His team are also welcoming, friendly and helpful and get all the correspondence out so quickly. I would not use anyone else for a commercial sale/purchase.
